Shipping policy

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.

For pre-sale items, orders are typically fulfilled within 30-90 days. Please read the purchase information carefully before placing your order.

For custom items, we usually ship via carriers like FedEx and SF Express. Delivery usually takes 2-10 business days.

For retail items, we typically use carriers such as SF Express and Cainiao for delivery. Delivery usually take 5-30 business days.

We offer international shipping at a flat rate. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your products and your destination.

Please note that international shipping is on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning taxes are not included. While orders typically do not incur customs duties, the destination country's customs may apply taxes and handling fees.

If an item goes on back order, we will ship the available portion of your order. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling fees for the back-ordered shipment.

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order status with the tracking information.

To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, please carefully verify the shipping address before placing your order.

The buyer assumes responsibility for any losses resulting from actions such as contacting the logistics company to change the delivery address without our consent. We disclaim any liability for such actions.

We ship globally, excluding areas where international couriers are unable to deliver. This includes some African countries, military zones, war zones, and other restricted areas, which will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses containing PO Box numbers.
